Hosting and support
We stay after launch.
Your software runs on infrastructure we operate and monitor. Backups, updates and security patches are part of the agreement. When something looks wrong, we usually know before you do.
Support requests go through a ticket, so every issue is tracked from the moment you raise it until it is resolved and you have confirmed the fix. The systems designer handling it already knows your system, and you get a clear answer on what a change takes and what it costs.
Support agreements are available with same-day or next-business-day response. We will recommend the one that matches how much your day depends on the system, and we would rather set a target we can beat than one we cannot.
